Let’s Explore Whether This Is a Fit
Before we schedule time together, a quick note about how I work.
I partner with a limited number of school leaders and leadership teams who want to explore how leadership behavior shapes the systems around them—especially under pressure.
This is not a sales call and not a problem-solving session.
It’s a chance to:
-
understand your context
-
explore what’s been tried
-
and decide—together—whether this approach is a good fit.
Not every district or organization is ready for this work. And that’s okay.
This conversation tends to be most useful when leaders are:
-
open to noticing patterns that tend to show up under pressure
-
curious about leading from connection rather than control
-
looking to build capacity, not roll out another program
-
understand that sustainable change takes practice over time
If you’re primarily looking for a quick fix, a new initiative, or something your staff can do without changing how leadership support and decision-making are handled, this probably isn’t the right next step.
What to Expect:
What happens on the call:
You'll share what's happening in your district or organization. I will ask a few clarifying questions that will also highlight my-point-of view. We'll decide together whether my approach works for you.
There's no obligation, no pitch, and no pressure to move forward.
Some leaders prefer to expereince the work in a group setting first
If you’re attending my NJPSA workshop on May 4, you’re welcome to schedule a conversation after the session once you’ve had a chance to experience the approach.
